Global Standards

As criteria for sustainability relations, there are global standards.


The IFRS Foundation is a not-for-profit, public interest organisation established to develop high-quality, understandable, enforceable and globally accepted accounting and sustainability disclosure standards.


SASB Standards help companies disclose relevant sustainability information to their investors. Available for 77 industries, the SASB Standards identify the sustainability-related risks and opportunities.


CDP is a not-for-profit charity that runs the global disclosure system for investors, companies, cities, states and regions to manage their environmental impacts.


On October 12, 2023, the TCFD has achieved its mandate and disbanded.  IFRS Foundation with overseeing companies’ climate-related disclosure progress but resource for Task Force-developed materials.

ISO 26000

For businesses and organizations committed to operating in a socially responsible way, there’s ISO 26000.


The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future.
