Transparent solar cell Carbon neutral

What we do

We aim to achieve decarbonization and carbon neutrality through the development of transparent solar cells that generate electricity from infrared light.

Turning the city into a forest!

The window glass of a building generates electricity and delivers it to the people working on each floor.

We are working on commercialization of unprecedented transparent solar cells in order to realize local production for local consumption of energy.

Infrared light, which accounts for 44% of sunlight, is actually used neither for solar power generation nor for plant photosynthesis.

If power generation from infrared light, which has been said to be impossible, is realized, it will help solve various social issues such as climate change and the depletion of fossil fuels.

We aim to achieve a sustainable society where the environment and the economy are in harmony by realizing decarbonization and carbon neutrality.

Company's story

Our Specialty
Heat-shielding nanoparticles
Nearly colorless and transparent, it can be used in various forms such as inks, coatings, and films. Absorption wavelength range can be controlled.

Transparent solar cells
It can be used as window glass. It converts previously unutilized infrared light into energy without compromising the landscape or lighting.
Our story
A university-launched venture that aims to achieve decarbonization and carbon neutrality through the development of transparent solar cells that generate electricity from infrared light. Established for social implementation of heat control technology developed at Kyoto University.
