Our story
Solalis is advancing the electrification of Amazon hydro-ways for benefit of all humanity.

Amazon biom is essential to all life on Earth and is crucial in climate stabilization on our planet. It is holding 40% of the planet's carbon and 20% of sweet water, plus 10% of biodiversity and many unique cultures. Here everyone somehow depends on water transportation. Great distances together with high fuel cost are preventing sustainable development and forest preservation.

Riverside communities today are spending half of the income on fossil fuel to run boats and to generate energy at home. This forest guards communities have the lowest human development index in the world.

Conventional boats are very costly to maintain and to operate and harmful to the environment. They are running on costly fossil fuel, demanding lots of maintenance, causing accidents, making noise and polluting.

Solar boats that can generate and store energy and have infinite range will boost a new bioeconomy, improve quality of living of riverside communities, generate green jobs. They will help to protect the largest rainforest and keep the planet cool.
