Our aerogels come in powders and granules. This versatility unlocks a variety of applications in insulating batts, blankets, panels and other products.
Our partners are radical innovators in construction and EV battery technology whose products benefit from aerogels’ super-insulating properties, good fire performance and low density.
Thermulon-based products can reach thermal conductivity of λ~20mW/mK: equivalent to plastics-based products. Unlike petroleum-derived insulation, silica-based aerogels have an inorganic material backbone and can achieve a fire-rating suitable for use in high-risk settings (limited combustibility).

We have integrated the latest breakthroughs in aerogel processing technology with scalable industrial techniques to enable high-throughput and affordable manufacturing.
