What is cellulose nanofiber?
Cellulose is produced not only by plants but also by microorganisms. Cellulose produced by microorganisms is called "bacterial cellulose. Recent genome analysis has revealed that many microorganisms have genes related to cellulose production, but only a few of them can actually produce cellulose in visible quantities.

Our Specialty
Characteristics of Cellulose Nanofiber
Cellulose nanofiber (CNF) is five times stronger than steel but only one-fifth as light, and has excellent characteristics such as light weight, high strength, high elasticity, low thermal expansion, safe and secure natural material, and recyclable resource.

Our story
From Okinawa - Innovating for the Future
We are a venture start-up that researches and develops 100% non-petroleum derived/naturally dissociated vegan leather X by cultivating microorganisms that have existed on the earth for 400 million years with sugar cane sugar, tea, and subtropical plants to produce bacteria and cellulose nanofibers that will be needed in the near future.
Our goal is to produce "artificial leather" that does not rely on animals, thereby addressing global warming, material price hikes, and CO2 emissions reduction.
Ananthya is committed to growing as a company that leverages Okinawa's resources and promotes SDG impact.
