Hydrogen Engine for Trucks Early Realization of a Decarbonized Society
Popular
What we do
As a leading company in fossil fuel engine hydrogenation technology, we will contribute to the early realization of a decarbonized society and the enhancement of corporate value for our customers.
By converting engines of heavy trucks, heavy machinery, generators, ships, and other equipment requiring high output to hydrogen (H2ICE), we will contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting the use of hydrogen.
At the same time, the project will contribute to maintaining employment in the engine sector, one of the key industries.
Company's story
Our Specialty
Conversion of existing engine equipment to hydrogen
We convert (convert) diesel or gasoline engines of trucks, generators, ships, heavy machinery, etc. owned by our customers and use them with hydrogen fuel to quickly reduce CO2 emissions during use to zero.
We can provide a high level of satisfaction to our customers because we determine the conversion conditions together with our customers based on a survey of the customer’s target vehicles and equipment, their usage conditions, and the specifications required for their use.
The company will also provide after-sales services such as maintenance and vehicle inspections related to the upkeep of hydrogenated equipment.
In addition, we propose a hydrogen supply infrastructure model that can realize a stable supply of hydrogen fuel and optimal costs by installing B-to-B hydrogen stations at truck terminals and other locations where large amounts of hydrogen use is expected, as well as by improving the operating rate of the hydrogen stations themselves and increasing demand for hydrogen. We will propose a hydrogen supply infrastructure model that can realize a stable supply of hydrogen fuel and optimal costs by improving the operating rate of the hydrogen station itself and increasing hydrogen demand.
In recent years, as awareness of environmental issues has increased, companies are required to develop solutions that can meet the LCA standardization and social demands. Hydrogen conversion as one of the solutions to this issue will contribute to the enhancement of our clients’ corporate value by effectively utilizing equipment with residual value to quickly reduce CO2 emissions and lower the cost of the conversion.

Our story
Short-term and economical solution to the problem of global warming
Based on the technology and achievements of Kimitaka Yamane (current director of i Labo Co., Ltd.), a member of Tokyo City University (former Musashi Institute of Technology) who has been conducting research, development, and demonstration on hydrogen engines for about half a century ahead of the rest of the world, we will conduct a hydrogen engine conversion project as one of the options against global warming The project will be a short-term and economical solution to global warming.
In order to achieve a more short-term and economical solution, we have brought together managers, business people, and engineers who have been active globally. We will work to achieve our goals through dynamic business operations utilizing the global network of our staff as well as cooperation with ministries and domestic manufacturers.
