What we do
The new company name ``Waqua'' is a coined word that combines ``with aqua'' and ``spring + water'', which symbolizes the fact that water can be used anywhere, and was chosen through internal recruitment. We decided to change the company name, Wise Global Vision, which we have been familiar with for 10 years, as an opportunity to launch a new business.
The new business is a platform business. The founding domain of our company is the development of small seawater desalination equipment, but our equipment can convert not only seawater but also various types of water, including river water and dirty water, into fresh water, ``usable water.'' We believe that by converting these devices into IoT and further developing the platform, it will be possible to build water micro-infrastructure.
Our mission is "realizing a smart water grid society." We believe that a new grid system will develop in the world of water, similar to electricity and communications. Our company will lead the way to a smart water grid society with IoT-enabled compact seawater desalination equipment and platform business.
